Dr. Regan provides Functional Medicine in Manhattan, Kansas, at WHOLEhealth MHK. She is the Physician/Owner with over 25 years of healthcare experience, and more than 10 years of Functional Medicine training. Her desire is to be a guide for you on your wellness journey to finding your Best Self. She has learned under fire through her own health issues over the years healing with alternative medicine. She provides whole family medicine in a Direct Primay Care setting, which is a membership model that eliminates the insurance middleman. You get what you need when you need it. 

Kait has been in nursing for over 14 years starting as an Air Force medic, later in ICU, and now serving you at WHOLEhealth MHK.  She's married to Jason and they have two daughters.  She loves the outdoors and watching her girls' sporting and dance events. Kait looks forward to helping you navigate your health journey!
