Evolution of Self
Find what may be keeping you stuck
If you had asked me a year ago, or two years ago, if I would be where I am now, doing the things I’m doing now, pursuing the dreams I’m pursuing now, I would say “I wish”. I was still having a great year and it seemed to be what I wanted. The last year has seen so much personal growth in my life and in business growth. I am humbled yet proud of how far I’ve come. Instead of just “me” at the office I am leading a team of skilled, compassionate caregivers and helpers. The growing pains of learning new roles and stepping out of my comfort zone have taken some getting used to, but I am willing to keep up the learning.
Additionally, my focus has evolved from being able to openly practice Functional Medicine to a deeper dive into the connections between body, mind and spirit. This has been a pivotal learning experience in my own life and feel it is a necessary part of WHOLE health. It has opened up my understanding of the importance of self-care, and that I cannot give from an empty cup. I am slowly working on practicing what I preach on a more regular basis and know that to honor the non-negotiables in my life, I am actually doing more to serve you.
The recent loss of my sister showed me how many kind and supportive people are in my world, and I want to offer gratitude for each and everyone who sent a care, gave a hug, shared a kind word, or gave positive thoughts and prayers for my family. We felt every one of them. I am at peace knowing we will meet again and that she is still all around us.
I am working on listening to divine guidance, allowing God to lead the way. I am aware when I am still and listen to the inner voice of knowing, I have the answers I need. With every storm in life, I look for the rainbow, the promise of a future. I look for the lesson and take every opportunity to grow.
